The Adventures of Lyle & LilyBit
Lyle and LilyBit
Salmon were swimming along Green's Point waiting for the tide.
In a deep pool they noticed their lobster friend, Max the Sax.
"I don't suppose you could take a letter to my friends at New River Beach?"
he asked.
LilyBit took the letter but she saw Max was frowning.
"Why are you frowning?" she asked.
"Well, just look at this mess I have to live in," he snapped. "How would
you like to swim around in other people's garbage?"
"Oh, there is a lot of garbage down there. What can we do about it?"
LilyBit asked.
"Let's clean it up," Lyle added. "That should turn Max's frown upside
down."

Hello Salmon Lovers,
My name is Kim Linton and I
am a mother who has a message, which has turned into a passion plus a mission, for children from kindergarten to grade four
on how to get hooked on reading through getting hooked on the future of taking care of our environment, especially our salmon!
Lyle and LilyBit are two salmon
that escape the spinning salmon cages in the Bay of Fundy thanks to Sparkie and Crawford (which by the way were our family
golden retrievers) and unite to teach children the importance of saving our environment and cherishing the future of our water,
land and air ecosystems.

The key to Lyle and LilyBit’s
success is to encourage all creatures not to grow up as “Stumps.”
People are Stumps before they
arrive at Greens Point where Lyle and LilyBit live. But once you learn the benefits of keeping care of your neighbourhood
environment through kindness, love, common sense and ideas, Lyle and LilyBit transform even the toughest characters to become
"Unstumped.”
Eventually everyone realises
the beauty of living in a clean, safe, harmonious earth in peace and harmony is beneficial to our future and a lot more fun.

Lyle and LilyBit accomplish
this by engaging all of their fabulous loyal Bay of Fundy friends in their daily life.
There is Chesley, the grounded,
stable Lighthouse Keeper.
There is Maggie Red Stairs,
who’s bright red steps talk and record all the information on whoever enters the Bay.
Star, the busybody Hound’s-tooth
Fish who can’t wait to find trouble.
Pierce, the wise Eagle who
gives a sign of safety to many things.
Max, the cool Sax playing Lobster
that learns how to travel but not before clean up.
Plus the many clusters
of the Rockers, the Sanders, the Ledgers, and the Drifters who groove altogether to solve the everyday environmental that
arise inside the Bay of Fundy.

Tradition says the air
is filled with both good and bad dreams. The bad dreams are caught in the web while the good dreams drift down to you through
the feathers.
"Lyle and LilyBit is a series,
and we know it's a winner,” says Elizabeth Margaris, Director of Publications at DreamCatcher Publishing.
DreamCatcher makes writers'
dreams come true.
Many talented writers are not
receiving the attention they deserve, mainly because they lack writing expertise and experience in approaching publishers.
DreamCatcher takes the time to recognize and nurture this talent by working with writers and consequently providing authors
with much more successful and positive experiences.
