Dream Cottage 10 Years on the River

It's the tenth anniversary of the annual Dream Cottage lottery in support of Miramichi Big Brothers Big Sisters/Boys & Girls Club. Over 400 kids are involved in the local organisations and benefit directly from the funds raised by this draw.

You can win a beautiful Dream Cottage - 26 x 36 and ready to live in. The cottage measures 936 square feet and comes complete with a New Home Warranty on quality workmanship.

Drop by the Northumberland Square parking lot daily for viewing of this two-bedroom $65,000 Dream Cottage. The prize includes free relocation and set-up anywhere within 100 km of the display site. But if the winner sells the cottage, moving and set-up becomes void.

A new feature this year is the TAG part of the draw. You can buy the Tag and win all the furniture.

The Tag works like this - the first ticket drawn on August 1st wins the Dream Cottage. If the winner played TAG, they get all the furniture and appliances. If not, the draw continues.

The second ticket drawn will win the Gazebo. If the winner of the Gazebo played TAG, they win the Gazebo plus the appliances and furniture.

If the first two winners didn't play TAG, the draw continues until a ticket is drawn with TAG and that person gets the furnishings.

The earlier you buy tickets, the more chances you have to win. Early drawings for $500 will take place on Mother's Day, June 1st, Father's Day and Canada Day. Winning tickets from those draws will be returned to the drum for the Final Grand Prize Draw on August 1st.

Tickets cost $25 for one, add $5 for TAG. Bundle up and save! Three tickets cost $60, add $10 for TAG. Or purchase five tickets for $100 and TAG it for only $15 more.
