Mighty Miramichi Online Community Forum Launched
There's a new way to keep in touch with all your Miramichi friends. Mighty
Miramichi recently launched a forum where you can keep up to date with what is happening on the River, browse classified ads
or post your own, swap recipes or have a say with your friends.
To join visit http://forum.mightymiramichi.com/
Click on the Register button in the top right hand corner of your screen.
This will take you to the forum Registration Agreement.
Please read the terms and click on the age appropriate I agree to these
terms link.
This takes you to the Registration Information page. Choose a Username
and enter it. Pick a name that says something about who you are because this is the name you will known by to others in the
community. No two people can have the same Username, it's something unique to you. Some names being used in the community
right now are Redbear, Misty, Tuesday, BabyPolarBear and Moonlight for example.
Enter your email address. This email address will be used to send you special
notices when other members send you a private message or when someone replies to a general message you've posted in the forum.
Pick a password. Choose something easy for you to remember, yet not so
easy someone else could guess what it is and use your account. Once you've picked a password, enter it and then enter it again
for confirmation.
Now you can fill in your profile with details like where you are located,
your occupation, website address, etc. Your profile can be seen by all other community members. You may choose to leave it
blank or you can always add or update your profile later.
You can change your preference settings or leave them as they are now.
Most people prefer them in their default setting.
Click on Submit and your account will be created. An email will be sent
to you with instructions on how to activate your account.
The entire process won't take any longer than five minutes and then you'll
be able to poke around and join the fun.
